What you will do
- Lead and inspire the design team across men's, women's, and accessories collections.
- Develop trend-led, stylish, functional, and commercially viable activewear ranges.
- Set the creative vision and ensure brand briefs are executed effectively.
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, technologies, sustainability, competitors, and influencer activity.
- Collaborate with product development, buying, marketing, and production teams throughout the design lifecycle.
- Present concepts, participate in fittings, and ensure designs meet technical, fit, functionality, quality, and production requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- At least 5 years of clothing design experience, including at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating performance and activewear design expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and technical design principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
- Strong communication, leadership, commercial judgment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
