What you will do

• Lead a team of software developers based in Prague.
• Guide the creation of product features and contribute to successful product delivery.
• Provide technical direction, mentoring, and leadership to team members and other employees.
• Partner with product management and software teams across the organization.
• Lead projects through the full software development lifecycle and deliver products to market on schedule.
• Build effective collaboration and influence stakeholders across global R&D and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering management experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience with C++, Java, Python, or Go.
• Experience managing projects across the full SDLC and incorporating customer feedback into development.
• Experience introducing and growing an Agile Scrum environment with short development cycles.
• Knowledge of end-to-end quality practices, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong customer focus.
