What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of layout engineers and first-line managers.
- Own AMS layout execution and align schedules, priorities, and quality targets with circuit designers, physical design engineers, and program managers.
- Drive continuous improvements in productivity and layout quality.
- Manage headcount planning, performance reviews, and career development for direct and indirect reports.
- Represent the layout team in technical and program reviews and communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in layout, circuit design, physical design, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience managing individual contributors, team leads, and managers.
- Experience managing program execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, program management, and leadership.
