Control Engineer (DLC Projects)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Design, simulate, and implement control algorithms for temperature regulation, flow balancing, leak detection, and system safety.
• Develop embedded software and firmware for real-time control of direct liquid cooling products.
• Interface with sensors, pumps, valves, and other electromechanical components.
• Integrate control systems with BMC, SCADA, and cloud-based monitoring platforms.
• Perform hardware-in-loop and field-level testing, analyze test data, and optimize system stability across varying workloads.
• Create control documentation and calibration procedures, and support design reviews, FMEA risk assessments, product requirements, and system validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Control Systems, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in control systems design, preferably in thermal management, HVAC, or fluid-handling systems.
• Proficiency in embedded programming with C, C++, or Python and/or PLC environments such as Siemens or Allen-Bradley.
• Strong understanding of feedback control, PID tuning, and signal conditioning.
• Hands-on experience with data acquisition, sensor integration, and actuator control.
• Familiarity with Modbus, CAN, I2C, RS-485, or similar communication protocols, plus strong analytical and debugging skills.
