Senior Unity C# Game Developer (Unity)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid. Relocation support is available.

What you will do

• Implement game logic and systems in C# using Unity.
• Contribute to game architecture, feature development, and gameplay design for a promising midcore mobile game.
• Adapt and improve an existing codebase, increasing its functionality, stability, and performance.
• Work closely with Unity developers, game artists, product managers, tech engineers, monetization managers, and data analysts.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations for memory management, frame-rate stability, and load times.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of advanced Unity experience, including C# scripting, UI systems, animation, and particle systems.
• Previous exposure to the game production process in a game development studio or similar environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify workflow and process issues and drive them to resolution.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative teamwork mindset.
• Good understanding of gameplay experience and strong attention to detail.
• English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytics-driven development and A/B testing in live games.
