QA Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; hybrid

What you will do

• Execute manual and automated tests across mobile, web, and backend systems.
• Design, maintain, and optimize test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Perform regression, functional, UI, API, performance, and security testing.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers on business logic and acceptance criteria.
• Document and track defects through resolution and prepare release readiness reports.
• Expand automated test coverage within CI/CD pipelines and support QA across the Agile lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA or test automation.
• Experience designing and managing automated testing solutions in complex environments.
• Strong proficiency with Playwright, Selenium, Postman, Cypress, and performance-testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or Artillery.
• Experience testing monoliths, microservices, APIs, and mobile applications.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent tools.
• Must have the right to work in the jurisdiction where the role is performed.

Nice to have

• Fintech or regulated-industry experience.
• Proficiency in AWS or similar cloud environments.
• Experience scaling QA functions across multiple delivery teams.
