What you will do
- Lead the concept, design, and delivery of high-impact digital products and connected experiences.
- Partner with UX, Creative Technology, and AI Engineering teams to shape AI-native interfaces, generative UI systems, and adaptive components.
- Establish brand-led design systems across screen, voice, gesture, wearable, and spatial interfaces.
- Embed accessibility and inclusivity from first principles, including WCAG compliance.
- Drive experimentation in voice and audio UX, wearable ecosystems, computer vision, and mixed reality.
- Mentor product designers and collaborate with strategists, engineers, clients, and executives on complex product and business challenges.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design or interaction design.
- Proven leadership delivering large-scale, multi-platform digital products from concept to launch.
- Mastery of Figma and contemporary design-system workflows, including tokens, auto-layout, and component libraries.
- Strong understanding of human-centred design, accessibility, motion, and micro-interaction principles.
- Experience with AI design tools and prototyping tools such as Framer, Principle, ProtoPie, or After Effects.
- Portfolio link and examples of work are required with the application.
Nice to have
- Experience with code-based interaction design software and no-code web or app solutions.
- Experience uniting brand and product through motion language, sound design, or spatial storytelling.
- Collaboration experience with machine-learning or data-science teams.
