Vice President, EHS (AI Infrastructure)

TL;DR
Vice President, EHS (AI Infrastructure): Leading global environmental, health, and safety strategy, governance, and execution across hyperscale AI infrastructure, data center construction, and operations with an accent on regulatory compliance, high-risk activity controls, and enterprise risk management. Focus on building a global EHS organization, embedding safety culture across engineering and operations, and establishing scalable audit, KPI, and continuous improvement programs.
Location: Remote, with London or New York preferred. Travel is required as business needs dictate.

What you will do
- Define and lead the global EHS strategy supporting growth in hyperscale AI infrastructure.
- Advise executive leadership on enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, and safety performance.
- Implement consistent EHS programs across data center construction, operations, and facilities.
- Establish controls for high-risk activities, including electrical safety, LOTO, contractor safety, and working at heights.
- Oversee global regulatory compliance, audits, KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Build a high-performing global EHS organization and partner with engineering, construction, operations, regulators, customers, and industry bodies.
Requirements
- EHS leadership experience in data centers, infrastructure, energy, or industrial environments.
- Experience leading global, multi-site EHS programs at scale.
- Deep expertise in high-risk operational environments and construction safety.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and change management capabilities.
- Ability to drive training, capability building, and proactive safety culture across the organization.
Nice to have
- Experience with hyperscale data centers, AI infrastructure, or mission-critical environments.
- Relevant certifications such as CSP or CIH.
- Experience building EHS programs in high-growth or scaling organizations.
