What you will do

• Lead the art development and visual identity for puzzle game titles in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Guide and mentor artists by providing direct, actionable feedback and maintaining a consistent quality standard.
• Create and maintain a UI Style Bible and reusable component libraries.
• Create 2D and 3D assets, including characters, props, and environments, while optimizing performance for mobile devices.
• Iterate on creative work using team feedback and live user data.
• Champion ideas that improve player engagement and the user experience.

Requirements

• Experience leading or mentoring artists and providing constructive creative feedback.
• Strong Unity skills, including direct implementation and optimization in the engine.
• Excellent 2D and 3D design skills, with strong visual hierarchy, composition, and readability.
• Experience owning or contributing to art direction, style guides, and asset pipeline standards.
• Experience with A/B testing or LiveOps features, plus knowledge of emerging mobile game trends.
• Fluent English required; the role involves on-site work in Paris, Istanbul, or Warsaw.
