TL;DR
Fullstack Team Lead (Cybersecurity): Building and delivering fullstack services, APIs, microservices, and modern web interfaces for cyber threat intelligence products with an accent on system architecture, scalability, and engineering leadership. Focus on leading a fullstack team, making technical decisions, maintaining CI/CD and testing standards, and solving high-scale reliability challenges across AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes environments.
Location: Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Lead and grow a fullstack engineering team while fostering ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Design, develop, and deliver fullstack services, APIs, and microservices-based systems.
- Translate product and cyber intelligence needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive architectural decisions while balancing performance, reliability, and cost.
- Maintain engineering standards through code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and production reliability practices.
- Stay hands-on in the code for approximately 50–60% of the role and own the team roadmap and technical health.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a fullstack engineer.
- 1–2 years of experience leading engineers or owning technical delivery.
- Experience building production-grade, cloud-based fullstack systems using C#, NestJS, Python, Java, or another object-oriented language.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js, as well as relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with AWS or a similar cloud platform, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, APIs, and fullstack system design.
- Full professional proficiency in English is required.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AWS DevOps operations, CI/CD, monitoring, and production reliability.
- Background in startup or scale-up environments.
