What you will do

• Support the Endpoint Compliance Team in enforcing information security policies across infrastructure and client endpoints.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver KPI reports for management on security posture and operational effectiveness.
• Manage communication channels for distributing security vulnerability information to support groups and end users.
• Coordinate collaboration across support teams for security initiatives and projects.
• Execute endpoint vulnerability remediation and ensure timely resolution of identified security risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of technical experience or strong demonstrated technical aptitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Ivanti, Power BI, and basic scripting tools.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
