Location: Colombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka; hybrid work options

operates IGT1, an offshore technology and talent solutions company supporting global businesses; this role is embedded with Kyriba, a fintech company providing cloud-based treasury, payments, and risk management solutions.
What you will do
- Create motion graphics, animations, videos, and multimedia content for marketing campaigns, product launches, customer programs, and brand initiatives.
- Design digital, print, social media, web, presentation, advertising, event, and video assets.
- Develop visual stories that simplify complex financial and technology concepts.
- Use AI-powered creative tools for concept development, image and video generation, editing, voiceovers, storyboarding, and workflow optimization.
- Build scalable creative systems, templates, and reusable assets while maintaining brand consistency.
- Contribute to creative innovation, process improvement, and the evolution of team capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in motion design, multimedia design, graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio covering motion graphics, animation, branding, digital marketing, print design, and visual storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience creating static and motion assets across digital, web, social media, presentations, video, events, and print.
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools, AI-generated imagery, video generation, prompt development, and emerging creative technologies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, project management, multitasking, and deadline-management skills; an online portfolio is required.

- Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Film Production, or a related field.
