Senior Data Scientist (Machine Learning)

Location: Hybrid in Paris, with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own product modeling pipelines and improve modeling performance through new ideas and initiatives.
• Build and deploy scalable machine learning systems for user acquisition, monetization, and time-series prediction.
• Analyze data to identify relevant insights and develop a strong understanding of mobile gaming products and business strategy.
• Establish best practices for ML engineering, experimentation, and reproducibility.
• Identify risks related to modeling, data quality, scalability, and business alignment, and design mitigation strategies.
• Mentor data scientists and collaborate with product managers, engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience building machine learning systems.
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, and MLOps best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS.
• Excellent communication in English and French is mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively, learn continuously, and share knowledge.

Nice to have

• Experience with Airflow and DBT.
• Experience in a tech startup or scaleup.
• Strong achievements on Kaggle.
