Account Executive (AI Recruiting)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site

Salary: $200,000–$260,000 per year, plus equity and commission opportunities.

What you will do

• Manage all inbound leads, generate pipeline, and close mid-market and enterprise deals.
• Own enterprise deals end to end, from understanding customer pain points and evaluating the platform to negotiating terms.
• Ensure successful onboarding of new customers.
• Build and improve the sales playbook for continued growth.
• Implement time-saving structures and processes and generate ideas that accelerate growth.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience selling software or services to technology companies at a high-growth startup.
• Significant outbound prospecting experience.
• Consistent record of top sales performance, including quota attainment, rapid promotions, or President’s Club recognition.
• Outstanding achievements in another competitive domain, such as varsity college athletics or academic achievement at a top university.
• Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco.
