What you will do
- Partner with R&D business unit leadership to support effective business management.
- Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
- Develop, analyze, and interpret financial data against budgets and profitability metrics.
- Provide analytical insights, assess risks, and support senior leadership’s strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance on cross-functional projects.
- Provide business analysis and support for operational needs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A and business partnering, preferably in semiconductors or manufacturing.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with GAAP concepts, including revenue recognition, accruals, and capitalization versus expense.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Oracle planning tools.
- Strong understanding of financial transaction flows and financial reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
