Senior Software Engineer (Agentic AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain hirify.global software products.
• Interpret and analyze functional and technical requirements to create fit-for-purpose enterprise software.
• Build tooling, capabilities, and developer experiences for business applications.
• Develop scalable and maintainable Java systems using object-oriented programming principles.
• Address stability, performance, maintainability, usability, and security throughout the software lifecycle.
• Collaborate with a skilled, diverse team and contribute ideas and technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Extensive Java experience and strong command of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience in agentic AI development using tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows, including orchestration of LLMs and AI agents for enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Proactive approach, ownership, initiative, communication skills, and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with Spec Driven Development methods such as BMAD.
