Client Success Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize Client Success workflows to improve operational efficiency and support data-driven decisions.
• Execute client retention strategies, monitor Net Revenue Retention, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Support client onboarding, adoption, and long-term engagement by building operational playbooks and internal knowledge resources.
• Represent the client internally and collaborate with Tech, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams on client-critical initiatives.
• Monitor client usage patterns and health scores to guide proactive operational and resourcing decisions.
• Ensure client activities and expansions align with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Relations, Client Success, Account Management, or a strategic client-facing role.
• Experience in banking, digital banking, fintech, SaaS, or software.
• Hands-on experience working within Risk and Compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use financial projections, health scores, and other data to drive results.
• Experience managing international portfolios and collaborating across global teams.
• Fluent English required, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
