hirify.global is a fintech company using AI and Open Banking data to provide fair, affordable personal finance and improve consumer lending decisions.

What you will do

• Contribute to the proprietary loan decision platform and its transformer models.
• Improve Open Banking integrations and classify real-time transaction data for automated lending decisions.
• Participate in rapid product development cycles and assess customer and business impact.
• Analyse loan book performance, portfolio monitoring, impairment measurement, and funding risk analytics.
• Work cross-functionally with risk, compliance, underwriting, and product teams.

Requirements

• Recent or soon-to-be graduate in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or another technical or quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
• Genuine interest in fintech and applying AI to real-world problems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to work in the London office 3 days per week.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Hiring process

• 20-minute take-home test.
• One-hour remote technical interview by video call.
• One-and-a-half-hour in-person interview day with 3–4 people from Data Science and senior leadership.

The graduate scheme runs for one year, with the opportunity to convert to a permanent role based on performance. The planned start date is late September to early October 2026, to be confirmed.
