Focus on moderating high-volume conversations, identifying player sentiment and trends, and sharing actionable insights to improve the app and player experience.
Location: Remote - US
Salary: $56,300–$70,400 base salary per year, plus bonus, equity, and applicable benefits.

What you will do
- Build authentic conversations in the official Discord community around live sporting events, betting trends, and major sports moments.
- Respond quickly and thoughtfully to player questions and feedback while maintaining credibility and the brand voice.
- Create and run giveaways, Ask Me Anything sessions, live watch parties, prediction contests, and themed community events.
- Monitor conversations, player sentiment, and trends across sports, gaming, and community channels.
- Share actionable community insights with cross-functional teams to improve the app, features, and player experience.
- Provide rotating community coverage during evenings, weekends, major sporting events, and championship games.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience building, moderating, or growing online communities.
- Deep familiarity with Discord moderation tools, roles, bots, and engagement features.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to adapt tone in real time.
- Understanding of Sportsbook or Daily Fantasy Sports products, betting lines, major games, and prop picks.
- Fast, proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Knowledge of responsible gaming principles and commitment to a safe, inclusive community; a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency may be required as a condition of employment.
Nice to have
- Experience in sports, gaming, sports betting, esports, or consumer entertainment.
- Experience moderating high-volume communities or social platforms during live events.
