Location: San Jose, California, United States
Salary: $100.2K–$137.8K USD per year for the Bay Area California market, plus incentive opportunities.

What you will do
- Prepare PPE roll-forwards covering additions, transfers, retirements, disposals, depreciation, and month-end reconciliations.
- Manage CIP/AUC balances, project tracking, capitalization, in-service dates, asset transfers, and depreciation.
- Establish asset-disposal procedures and coordinate physical counts with Facilities, Tax, Legal, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare reconciliations and journal entries for PPE, prepaids, accounts payable, and accrual liabilities.
- Review invoices and supporting documentation for capitalization, prepaid, or expense treatment.
- Support monthly close, audits, SOX controls, reporting, and process improvements for ERP and fixed-asset accounting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or semiconductor environment.
- Experience with PPE, CIP/AUC, prepaids, accounts payable, accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, capitalization policies, depreciation, and internal controls.
- Experience with ERP and fixed-asset systems; Oracle Fusion and strong Excel skills are preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
