Client Support Assistant

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global Shared Services Centre in Budapest, Hungary

What you will do

• Coordinate and perform client-related support services across the work unit.
• Provide second-line support for client enquiries and technical issues across multiple disciplines.
• Resolve issues related to corporate systems, procedures, and administrative processes.
• Work with colleagues, business units, and external clients to provide procedural guidance and information.
• Maintain the quality, consistency, and efficient flow of office work and information.

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of corporate computerized financial, travel, and human resources systems.
• Very good knowledge of administrative procedures and policies.
• Work experience in more than one area of work.
• Ability to provide client support and resolve technical or procedural issues.
