Digital Designer (Video Commerce)

Location: Hybrid; candidates already based in Stockholm are prioritized. Must be eligible to work in Sweden without visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Translate complex products, ideas, and strategies into clear visual communication.
• Design digital experiences including landing pages, web content, and campaign assets.
• Create presentations, customer stories, social media assets, paid campaign materials, product launch content, and brand initiatives.
• Develop event experiences, print materials, and branded environments.
• Maintain and evolve a consistent visual identity across customer and candidate touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Leadership, and other stakeholders to shape effective solutions.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design and communication skills.
• Experience designing across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging experiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional English fluency, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma, Webflow, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Slides.
• Motion design or video editing experience.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate creative workflows.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, e-commerce, or high-growth environments.
