Head of People Strategy and Analytics

What you will do

• Lead and develop the People Strategy & Analytics team of three specialists.
• Drive the people strategy agenda in close collaboration with the Chief People Officer.
• Translate complex strategic initiatives, people data, and analyses into executive presentations and decision-making materials.
• Own the governance, quality, and reporting of global people data across HR systems and Centers of Excellence.
• Partner with global CoE leads to develop scalable people initiatives and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience in a strategic role within HR, People Strategy, Management Consulting, or People Analytics.
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strategic and conceptual thinking combined with a strong execution focus.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with senior executives and board-level audiences.
• Proactive, change-oriented approach and motivation to create impact in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
