Senior Quality Analyst (Dynamics 365)

Location: Fully remote, UK-based; occasional international travel required for training, company events, and scheduled meetings

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Design and execute functional, exploratory, regression, and integration testing across Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Test end-to-end business processes, customisations, extensions, integrations, web applications, data migrations, environment refreshes, and release upgrades.
• Build and maintain risk-based regression test suites and contribute to automation using AL Test Toolkit, Playwright, EasyRepro, and Postman.
• Define clear, testable acceptance criteria with Product Managers, Consultants, Developers, and business stakeholders.
• Lead defect management, triage, release readiness, go/no-go decisions, and post-release verification.
• Coach delivery teams on quality practices and improve Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and Agile quality processes.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on QA experience within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM and Power Platform.
• Strong functional, exploratory, regression, and integration testing experience, including customised and extended Dynamics solutions.
• Understanding of risk-based testing, structured test design, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder management.
• Experience coaching teams and improving quality processes in Agile environments.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for test management, environments, and deployment pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with AL Test Toolkit, Playwright, EasyRepro, or Postman/API testing.
• Experience with data migration, integration testing, Dynamics 365 ISV products, or AppSource solutions.
• ISTQB or equivalent certification.
• Experience with AI tooling and practices in software quality.
