What you will do

• Partner with regional sales teams to convert mid-market and enterprise prospects into customers.
• Prepare and deliver tailored technical product demonstrations for client meetings, webinars, and customer events.
• Communicate the product value proposition through presentations, whiteboarding, proof-of-concept management, and RFP responses.
• Analyze complex workflows, customer requirements, and interactions between hirify.global solutions and customer infrastructure.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and client services to execute sales strategies and convey customer feedback.
• Train sales teams on the product suite, technical capabilities, and new features.

Requirements

• Native-level written and oral Dutch communication skills are required.
• At least 5 years of relevant solution engineering experience, preferably in ITIL/ITSM, SaaS, or software product environments.
• Experience with SaaS or technology products, ITIL/ITSM methodologies, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles for mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Strong senior stakeholder, C-level, communication, presentation, demonstration, and listening skills.
• A customer- and solution-oriented approach with strong execution focus and urgency.
