Frontend Tech Lead (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Advance frontend architecture across browser extension, web, mobile, and growth funnel surfaces.
• Define measurable quality standards through performance budgets, testing strategy, and code review standards.
• Design and build shared foundations, including a design system, component library, and build tooling.
• Directly solve complex frontend, infrastructure, and production performance problems.
• Improve engineering quality through code reviews, design reviews, and mentoring across frontend teams.
• Build AI agents, skills, and workflows that improve frontend delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience with deep React and TypeScript expertise.
• Previous experience as a frontend tech lead, owning technical direction, architecture decisions, and engineering standards.
• Experience building and maintaining complex consumer products at a scale of millions of users.
• Production experience using coding agents and building AI-assisted development workflows.
• Strong understanding of UX, accessibility, frontend performance, and product polish.
• Clear communication, evidence-based decision-making, ownership, and collaborative working style.
