(Senior) Manager SAP Finance/Controlling (S/4HANA)

Travel across the DACH region and other European countries is required.

What you will do

• Develop tailored customer solutions for Finance and Controlling challenges using SAP S/4HANA Finance/Controlling.
• Design, harmonize, and integrate business processes in cooperation with Finance and Controlling departments in an international context.
• Develop business transformation roadmaps and concepts, from IT architecture planning through project implementation.
• Manage projects and work directly with finance and IT decision-makers on process modeling, implementation, and migration management.
• Lead project staff and support their professional development through coaching and guidance.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting, with strong SAP expertise.
• Extensive knowledge of strategic planning and technical implementation in SAP S/4HANA Finance/Controlling.
• Experience in project management, coaching, and leadership across IT and business processes.
• Experience with projects in Germany and abroad, along with independence and a solution-oriented approach.
• Professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
