Senior Manager with Focus on Travel, Transport & Logistics

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and execute strategy, transformation, integration, and implementation projects across the travel, transport, and logistics value chain.
• Define digital business models and improve operational efficiency, business processes, and IT landscapes.
• Address IT service management, integration, cloud migration, and data analytics topics.
• Support client-side project managers and key decision-makers as a strategic sparring partner.
• Independently develop topics relevant to the travel, transport, and logistics industry.
• Contribute to market development, customer networking, and sales activities.

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of project and project management experience in management consulting or a line management role in the travel, transport, and logistics industry.
• Practical experience with transformation and digitalization projects using waterfall, agile, and hybrid approaches.
• Technical knowledge of the travel, transport, and logistics industry and current market developments.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent working style.
• Business-level German and English proficiency and willingness to travel within the DACH region.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of predictive analytics, IoT, supply chain management, or sustainability.
