Experienced Embedded Software Developer (ARM focus)

Location: Érd, Hungary; hybrid working model with 60% home office

What you will do

• Contribute to instrumentation product development from ideation through deployment of measurement devices.
• Design, implement, and test embedded Linux-based measurement device platforms.
• Configure and integrate embedded systems.
• Collaborate with the Hungarian development team and international agile Scrum project teams.
• Document system components and technical solutions.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of C/C++ and Python, with embedded software development experience on modern ARM architectures such as Xilinx UltraScale SoCs.
• Experience with CI/CD, including tools such as Azure DevOps, containerization, and automated testing.
• Openness to agile development methods, strong communication and presentation skills, and a collaborative team mindset.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with FPGA development and hardware bring-ups.
• German language skills.
