TL;DR
Sr. User Experience Engineer (AI) (UX design, hardware-software ecosystems): Designing software experiences for Logitech workflow-focused products, connected devices, developer platforms, and AI-powered productivity tools with an accent on interaction design, systems thinking, and extensibility. Focus on building intuitive device customization and automation workflows, prototyping emerging AI interactions, and connecting physical controls with software, services, and third-party ecosystems.
Location: Hybrid, based on site three days a week in Cork, Ireland

What you will do
- Design software experiences for MX Creative Keypad, MX Creative Dialpad, and future workflow-focused products.
- Create intuitive device discovery, customization, and workflow automation experiences connecting physical controls with software.
- Design integrations, plugins, actions, SDK experiences, and extensibility frameworks for third-party applications, services, AI models, developers, and partners.
- Explore and design AI-powered features focused on automation, personalization, workflow acceleration, trust, and intuitive interaction.
- Build interactive prototypes using modern design and code-based workflows, including AI-assisted design tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, hardware designers, and business stakeholders; present work and facilitate ideation workshops.
Requirements
- Strong UX design experience with consumer-facing desktop and mobile software applications.
- Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, systems thinking, visual design, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity experiences.
- Experience designing products that connect hardware, software, services, and ecosystems, with an understanding of workflow automation and extensibility platforms.
- Experience using AI-powered design tools, rapid prototyping workflows, and interactive prototypes beyond static mockups.
- Advanced Figma proficiency, including Components, Variables, Design Systems, Prototyping, and Dev Mode.
- Experience with accessibility and WCAG guidelines, software development processes, engineering workflows, and cross-functional communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with Claude Code, Replit, Cursor, Figma Make, Lovable, Bolt, or similar tools.
- Basic coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Swift, Python, or similar technologies.
- Interest in agentic workflows, AI-assisted development, automation, and emerging design technologies.
- Portfolio examples covering complex software, hardware-software experiences, workflow automation, ecosystem thinking, AI-powered experiences, and interactive prototypes.
