What you will do

• Support the alignment and delivery of People and Culture initiatives across an assigned business function.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for remote and office-based positions in partnership with hiring managers.
• Provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, policies, procedures, and employee services.
• Coordinate learning, engagement, wellbeing, employer-branding, and recruitment initiatives.
• Lead assigned People and Culture projects and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
• Use AI-powered tools, automation, digital HR solutions, and HR metrics to improve processes and support data-informed decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced and evolving organisation.
• Knowledge of HR policies, recognised best practices, applicable employment laws, recruitment, retention, performance management, and employee development.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, stakeholder-management, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in AI, automation, and digital solutions for HR processes and employee experience.
• Proficiency in English required.
