Team Lead SEO (iGaming)

Location: Remote or onsite; offices are available in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, and Yerevan

What you will do

• Build and lead the SEO team, including hiring, onboarding, role definition, workload planning, and performance management.
• Establish SEO workflows for planning, task management, pre-launch quality checks, and reporting.
• Own SEO strategy across gambling satellite properties, cross-brand projects, and product mirrors.
• Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities by project, brand, and market.
• Launch and scale casino and gambling satellite properties, covering site structure, pages, search visibility, analytics, and go-live.
• Build reporting across projects, brands, and geographies, linking organic performance to FTDs, registrations, and revenue.

Requirements

• 4+ years of SEO experience, including complex websites and multi-property setups.
• 2+ years of experience leading an SEO team of at least three people.
• 2+ years of experience in iGaming SEO, including casino or sports betting.
• Demonstrated impact on organic FTDs, registrations, and revenue across multiple projects or domains.
• Strong experience with SEO audits, analysis tools, high-competition environments, product development cycles, and portfolio prioritization.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, headless CMS and API-driven content models, hreflang, canonicalization, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, CDN and caching, log analysis, and crawl budget management.

• Experience with AI-powered IDEs such as Cursor.
