What you will do
- Own the end-to-end institutional sales cycle, from lead generation through relationship management.
- Pitch liquidity solutions and onboard institutional clients, HNWIs, market makers, and institutional trading desks.
- Build long-term liquidity relationships and close large-volume stablecoin and large-block trades.
- Coordinate execution with trading, compliance, legal, and product teams.
- Support trading volume, revenue growth, and market expansion in the digital asset space.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in institutional sales, financial business development, or an OTC trading desk.
- Deep knowledge of stablecoin mechanics, including fiat-backed, algorithmic, and crypto-backed models, as well as mint and burn flows.
- Understanding of multi-chain dynamics across Ethereum, Tron, Solana, and Layer 2 networks.
- Strong knowledge of global AML, KYC, and travel rule requirements.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex settlement flows.
- Ability to adapt to an evolving global regulatory landscape for stablecoins.
