Senior Creative Director (AI)

Location: On-site, 5 days a week at the Downtown Vancouver studio, Vancouver, Canada

What you will do

• Lead creative services for marketing, setting creative direction, quality standards, priorities, and production decisions.
• Mentor artists, designers, and motion creatives through reviews, structured feedback, and capability development.
• Build a roadmap for evolving the Marketing Art and Project Management group into a comprehensive Creative Services unit.
• Oversee creative project delivery, resourcing, budgets, vendors, agencies, schedules, risks, and IP approval workflows.
• Research and integrate generative AI tools, automation workflows, and production systems into creative operations.
• Produce and approve static, motion, video, and CG assets while aligning campaigns with brand and stakeholder requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creative production, art direction, motion design, or a related discipline within games, media, or entertainment.
• Senior or lead-level experience mentoring creatives and managing cross-functional creative workflows.
• Hands-on professional experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, or ComfyUI.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and related creative software.
• Experience designing automated production systems, pipelines, and custom workflows for creative teams.
• Experience with creative project management tools and external IP-holder or brand approval processes.
