- Build high-performance backend systems for the 4Insite Platform.
- Optimize databases at scale using SQL and Postgres.
- Deliver AI-driven capabilities with Django and Python.

- Mentor engineers and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Drive cloud-ready, scalable solutions across AWS and modern DevOps practices.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong experience with Python and Django.
- Proficiency in SQL and Postgres.
- Experience building scalable backend systems and optimizing databases.
