Treasury Management Service Specialist I

Location: Houston, TX; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

hirify.global is a banking organization providing financial and treasury management services to Business Banking and Commercial clients.

What you will do

• Execute standard treasury management onboarding, implementation, testing, maintenance, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate ACH files, Positive Pay, BAI reporting, standing transfer orders, transmissions, and related treasury workflows.
• Train clients on treasury platforms, payment processes, and fraud-prevention tools.
• Provide first-level support and resolve routine payment exceptions, file errors, entitlement issues, and Positive Pay decisions.
• Maintain accurate implementation and service documentation while ensuring audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Treasury Sales, Operations, Risk, and Product teams, escalating complex or higher-risk issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree requirement.
• At least 1 year of experience in banking operations, treasury support, or a related client service role.
• Ability to follow banking policies, procedures, applicable regulations, and controls for entitlements, segregation of duties, dual approvals, and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, confidentiality, and customer-focused service skills.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Business Banking or Commercial Banking clients.
• Familiarity with NACHA file formats and basic fraud-prevention tools.
• Experience with ACH, wires, Positive Pay, remote deposit, BAI reporting, and online banking platforms.
• Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives.
