Sr. DevOps & Infrastructure Consultant

Location: Argentina — remote

Salary: $6,000–$8,000 USD per month, depending on experience

What you will do

• Architect, deliver, and maintain Terraform-based platform infrastructure on AWS EKS, including RDS, ingress controllers, TLS automation, and cost optimization.
• Establish SLO/SLI tracking, error budget monitoring, post-incident reviews, and automation to reduce operational toil.
• Design and operate OpenTelemetry collection and routing pipelines for downstream data and intelligence teams.
• Provide specialized code reviews, pull-request assessments, and technical architecture recommendations.
• Develop reusable platform patterns, CI/CD tooling, operating models, and global runbooks for deployment and issue remediation.

Requirements

• Senior-level expertise in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Deep experience with AWS EKS, RDS, ingress controllers, TLS certificate automation, and cloud cost and capacity tuning.
• Proven SRE experience defining SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and reliability automation.
• Hands-on experience designing and operating OpenTelemetry pipelines.
• Fluent professional English for cross-border asynchronous collaboration and code review advisory.
• Must be registered with AFIP/ARCA in Argentina under Monotributo or Régimen General and able to issue valid electronic invoices.
