Care Coordinator (Pharmacy)

Location: Remote - USA

Salary: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate member implementation calls with the Care Team Lead.
• Support patients with enrollment in manufacturer copay assistance programs.
• Review claims, including rejected and paid claims, and monitor prior authorization notifications.
• Identify patients using the program, review their histories, and determine the next coverage date.
• Maintain the patient database for follow-up, tracking, and reporting.
• Provide client support and assist with additional care coordination duties as needed.

Requirements

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license or 2–5 years of experience in a retail pharmacy or pharmacy benefit management environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional telephone demeanor.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, including access to electronic Protected Health Information (PHI).
