TL;DR
HR and Operations Director – AMERs (People Operations/HR Business Partnering): Leading the people strategy, HR operations, employee relations, and workplace operations across the Americas with an accent on organisational design, employment compliance, and culture. Focus on coaching senior leaders, managing complex organisational change, and building scalable people processes across Mexico, the US, Canada, and Latin America.

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid working model with regular travel to the Dallas office and potentially within the Americas region.

What you will do

  • Translate the global people strategy into an actionable plan for the Americas region.
  • Advise regional leaders on organisation design, workforce planning, leadership, performance, talent, engagement, and change management.
  • Handle complex employee relations matters and support restructures and role changes in line with local employment laws.
  • Oversee end-to-end people operations, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, policies, HR systems data, and process improvement.
  • Lead culture, engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, recognition, and employee feedback initiatives.
  • Oversee office operations, local vendors, workplace services, and regional people and operations budgets.

Requirements

  • Significant HR leadership experience in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Experience as a senior HR Business Partner or HR Director supporting multiple countries in the Americas.
  • Strong understanding of Mexican and US employment practices; experience with Canada or Latin America is advantageous.
  • Advanced English and Spanish language skills required.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations matters and organisational change.
  • Experience overseeing office operations or workplace management alongside core HR responsibilities.
