What you will do
- Support payroll processing, including labor charge calculations and statutory deductions.
- Review and validate timesheets, attendance records, benefits, deductions, allowances, and additional payments.
- Maintain payroll information in spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Organize Personnel Department documentation and prepare internal controls and reports.
- Audit payroll documents and data for consistency before processing.
- Prepare and submit accurate client documentation on schedule and support expatriates with payroll and timekeeping questions.
Requirements
- Advanced English level required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
