What you will do

• Execute early career recruitment strategies across the division by prioritizing target universities and colleges.
• Plan and deliver campus recruitment events and coordinate early career engagement activities.
• Manage the front end of internship and rotational programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define opportunities, conduct outreach, and evaluate and improve recruitment programs.
• Build relationships with candidates, campus career centers, faculty members, and student organizations.
• Represent the company externally and enhance its visibility and reputation among early career candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition or related experience.
• Campus or university recruiting, outreach, or relations experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws related to employment, interviewing, and hiring, including EEO, affirmative action, and ADA requirements.
• Experience with internet sourcing, job boards, data mining, social media recruiting, interviewing, candidate assessment, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong written and oral communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
