B2C Operations CRM and Product Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Design and coordinate multi-channel CRM campaigns across in-app messaging, push notifications, email, and SMS.
• Build and optimize automated player journeys covering onboarding, conversion, VIP loyalty, and reactivation.
• Manage database hygiene, player segmentation, and contact data accuracy.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Data Science, design, and customer support teams on growth initiatives, rewards, promotions, and live operational events.
• Test campaign creative, messaging, timing, offers, and segmentation to improve open rates, click-through rates, and in-app purchases.
• Analyze player behavior, cohort trends, and campaign performance while reporting KPIs including conversion, ARPU, retention, and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience focused on CRM, growth, or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience with mobile marketing platforms and CRM or marketing automation tools such as Salesforce.
• Strong proficiency in marketing analytics, BI tools such as Tableau or Looker, and data analysis; Excel or SQL is a plus.
• Knowledge of B2C operations, CRM principles, retention loops, and player monetization strategies.
• Strong copywriting, communication, detail management, and project coordination skills.

• Experience in social casino, iGaming, or crypto ecosystems.
