Service Technician (Wind Turbines)

Location: BA, 80240; field work at wind farms in Bosnia and Herzegovina

What you will do

• Maintain, repair, and operate wind turbines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair turbine systems and equipment under guidance.
• Report daily activities, defects, maintenance tasks, and material usage.
• Maintain the service point, tools, service vans, and local stock.
• Participate in field training and share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements

• Vocational training in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronic fields.
• 0–2 years of experience in the wind industry or a similar field.
• Ability to work at heights and in remote locations.
• GWO certification covering Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, and Manual Handling.
• Physical ability to fulfill the role, attention to detail, and strong safety awareness.
• Basic IT competency and understanding of wind turbine components.
