Service Lead Technician (Wind Energy)

Location: Bosnia and Herzegovina; onsite service work supporting local wind farms

What you will do

• Lead the local technical team onsite and coordinate daily service activities.
• Maintain, repair, operate, and troubleshoot wind turbine systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to scheduled maintenance plans.
• Communicate daily activities to customers and provide monthly reporting.
• Ensure accurate reporting of maintenance tasks, snags, and material usage.
• Maintain the service point, tools, service vans, and local stock while supporting field training and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the wind industry, depending on education and previous experience.
• Experience leading technical personnel in an onsite service environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot turbine systems, diagnose malfunctions, and complete repairs.
• Commitment to safety-related processes and high service quality standards.
