TL;DR
Video Content Producer (Game Video Production): Creating gameplay, cinematic, live-action and motion graphics content for RuneScape campaigns, games and live events with an accent on end-to-end production, cinematography, editing and storytelling. Focus on producing campaign assets for RuneFest, supporting broadcast workflows, and delivering high-quality video across multiple platforms.
Location: Cambridge, United Kingdom; hybrid work with attendance at the Cambridge office required for shoots, live productions and key milestones. Applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Manage video productions from concept and pre-production through shooting, editing and final delivery.
- Develop and pitch video concepts for gameplay, cinematic and live-action content.
- Act as cinematographer on shoots and capture in-game footage across RuneScape titles.
- Edit campaign assets in Adobe Premiere Pro and create motion graphics in After Effects.
- Produce marketing content for RuneFest and support live-stream productions from the broadcast studio.
- Coordinate with Creative Services, CGI, Audio, Art, Design, Marketing, freelancers and agencies to deliver projects against briefs and deadlines.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a Video Producer managing projects independently from concept to final delivery.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience shooting and editing high-quality video and creating engaging motion graphics.
- Strong creative, storytelling, collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage deadlines and own review milestones.
- Ability to work in a hybrid pattern and travel to the Cambridge headquarters when required.
Nice to have
- Proficiency across the wider Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of RuneScape and Old School RuneScape, with a broader passion for games.
- Experience producing live-stream content and supporting broadcast workflows.
- Experience capturing and editing in-game footage.
