Desktop UI Developer (AI Software)

What you will do

• Develop and evolve the user interface of a desktop AI IDE.
• Build complex interactive components, screens, workflows, animations, graphics, and visual elements.
• Transform product and design concepts into polished, production-ready interfaces.
• Integrate dynamically generated interfaces and UI components implemented with different technologies.
• Work with asynchronous operations, dynamic data, real-time updates, and complex application states.
• Own UI features end-to-end, including architecture, integration, performance, and visual refinement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience developing complex interactive UI for desktop or other applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++, plus experience with JavaScript.
• Knowledge of UI architecture, component design, state management, interaction patterns, responsiveness, and performance optimization.
• Experience with asynchronous programming, multithreading, custom UI components, non-standard interactions, animations, and graphics.
• English at minimum B1 and fluent Russian required.
• Portfolio or examples of complex interfaces developed.

Nice to have

• Experience with Qt, PySide, PyQt, QML, or Qt Quick.
• Experience with advanced animations, 2D/3D graphics, rendering, visualization, or multimedia.
• Experience integrating design systems or Figma designs into production applications.
• Experience with developer tools, IDEs, editors, creative tools, or AI/LLM-powered applications.
