Seasonal Senior Associate, ISO (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote - Nationwide, United States; occasional annual travel and additional travel based on business and client needs may be required.

What you will do

• Execute assigned ISO audit and attestation testing procedures, perform detailed analysis, reach conclusions, and document results.
• Draft project deliverables and suggest improvements where applicable.
• Build client relationships, answer basic engagement questions, and manage client expectations.
• Collaborate with project teams, follow schedules, communicate progress, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Attend project kick-off and closing meetings and perform other qualified service delivery functions.
• Apply relevant professional, regulatory, ethical, and company standards across assigned engagements.

Requirements

• Experience auditing the ISO 27001:2022 Standard.
• Knowledge of applicable technology and information security domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business management, technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least one year of hirify.global service or relevant professional services experience in auditing, information systems auditing, information security management, consulting, or risk consulting.
• Active ISO lead auditor certification, with ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor certification at minimum.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, time management, client service, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Professional membership in ISACA, ISC2, or AICPA.
• Certifications such as CPA, CISA, or CISSP.
• Additional ISO certifications, including ISO 42001:2023, ISO 27701:2025, or ISO 9001:2015.
