Senior Specialist (m/f/d) Corporate CoE Performance & Talent to Value Man

Location: Wrocław, Poland; relocation bonus available for candidates based more than 100 km from Wrocław

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage global talent development concepts, standards, and processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert for performance, succession, and competency management.
• Provide global guidance for performance and succession processes, including performance and development dialogues and talent conferences.
• Prepare and facilitate global talent conferences, training sessions, and workshops.
• Consult international HR stakeholders, including HR business partners, Centers of Excellence, and shared service centers, on process and system-related topics.
• Create process descriptions, presentation templates, reports, enablement materials, and KPI dashboards.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in economics, business administration, or psychology with a focus on human resources management.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in talent management within global, large-scale organizations.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing talent development processes, particularly performance and succession management.
• Experience steering global HR projects, with strong analytical, methodological, conceptual, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent Microsoft 365 skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Performance & Goals and Succession & Development, or a similar system; proficient business English required.
