Description:
Fast-growing fintech project is looking for a Sales / Payment Account Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Attract new clients and develop partner network;
- Support clients along the sales funnel and onboard payment systems;
- Analyze conversion, turnover, and margins.

Requirements:
- 6+ months in sales (fintech or PSP is a plus);
- Cold outreach experience;
- English from B1.

Conditions:
- Hybrid in Moscow, 5/2 schedule;
- Salary: 70 000–150 000 / crypto;
- Growth to BDM within 12–18 months.
