QA Analyst - Stellaris (Game QA)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden. Relocation will not be provided.

Salary: From SEK 32,000 per month; final salary depends on relevant experience, qualifications, and alignment with the role.

What you will do

• Provide feedback on game features, content, and overall quality.
• Lead, track, and support internal and outsourced QA testers.
• Collaborate with project leadership, producers, and QA leadership to assess risks and plan testing coverage.
• Support the development and maintenance of test plans and testing documentation.
• Monitor, triage, and follow up on bug reports in the issue-tracking system.
• Detect, isolate, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps while coordinating with other departments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on QA experience.
• Solid understanding of grand strategy games.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for explaining complex subjects to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English required.
• Must be located in Stockholm, Sweden; relocation support is not provided.

Nice to have

• Scripting experience, particularly for modding Paradox games.
